Our Work: brand sound programmes by EightƧix
Eighteen years of team experience composing, supervising and governing brand music, now run
as a system. The brands below are agency references for EightSix GmbH, Berlin; they do not
claim the brands used the Brand Studio platform.
Selected EightSix agency work
- adidas (Sportswear) — Brand music composition and supervision across campaign and brand film work.
- NIVEA (Beauty & Care) — Brand music selection and sound direction for campaign and channel work.
- OTTO (Retail) — Campaign music and sound direction across commerce and brand communication.
- Zalando (Fashion Commerce) — Brand music work across campaign, social and seasonal communication.
- Douglas (Beauty Retail) — Music supervision and sound direction for brand and retail communication.
- Decathlon (Sports Retail) — Brand music work across campaign and channel communication.
- Siemens (Technology) — The Sound of Siemens, an EightSix agency sonic identity project. Read the case.
Campaign performance figures belong to the brands that own them, so specific outcomes are
shared in a scoped conversation under NDA rather than published here.
How a programme runs
- Define — Brand values, personality and audience become a Music DNA profile: measurable musical parameters rather than a mood board, so every later decision can be scored against something fixed.
- Discover — That profile searches over 55 million tracks and returns candidates with a brand fit score and the musical reasoning behind it, alongside artists whose work genuinely aligns.
- Validate — Shortlists go to real listeners, who rate them on brand fit, personality and campaign suitability. The chosen sound is then defended with evidence rather than taste.
- Compose — Audio logo, brand music and adaptive variants are produced or licensed to fit the profile, sized for film, social, retail, product and voice.
- Govern — Guidelines, scoring and shared workspaces keep every agency and market measuring their choice against the same standard before it ships.
- Evolve — The profile is versioned. As the brand moves, the sound moves with it, without losing the recognition already earned.
Cyanite audio analysis describes what a track actually is, musically. Brand fit scoring
compares that description against the brand Music DNA profile and explains the gap.
Independent listener testing through SoundOut puts shortlists in front of real audiences
before anything launches, across a catalogue of over 55 million licensable tracks.
